Home Loan

Buy, build, extend or renovate — and transfer an existing home loan from any bank to a government bank at 8.5%*.

Home Loan

Home Loan at 8.35%*

FTM arranges home finance for the purchase of a ready or under-construction property, for plot purchase with construction, for self-construction on land you already own, and for extension and renovation work. Funding of up to 90% of the property value is available on smaller tickets, with tenures stretching to thirty years to keep the EMI manageable.

We also handle balance transfers. If your existing home loan is running at a higher rate, it can be moved to a government bank at 8.5%* — often with a top-up for furnishing or other needs sanctioned at the same time. On a large outstanding balance a difference of even half a percent is worth several lakh rupees over the remaining tenure.
